    Description

    Commercial/Sales Opportunity for Physics Graduate

    This role offers a good basic salary with the potential to earn up to £10,000 in bonus annually.

    My client designs and manufactures complex photonic devices used worldwide. They seek a physics graduate to join their sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Respond to customer enquiries to maximise order intake.
    2. Support campaigns for new customer acquisition.
    3. Develop quotes and proposals consulting with delivery teams.
    4. Conduct competitor analysis and report on new developments.
    5. Manage sales reporting for the sales team and CEO.
    6. Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
    7. Stay updated on the latest products and trends.
    8. Collaborate with marketing colleagues on campaigns and product launches.
    9. Support website development.

    Requirements:

    1. Relevant degree (e.g. Physics, Optics, Materials Science).
    2. Able to work independently or as part of a team based in the UK.
    3. Develop long-term relationships with customers.
    4. Keen to learn and adapt quickly.
    5. Effective communication of complex problems.
