ForeverCare is a leading provider of children's services, dedicated to ensuring the well-being and positive development of every child in our care.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Manager/ Reg 44 Visitor.

This role would suit a experienced registered manager/Deputy manager of a residential children's service or who would like to get back into this sector after a break from service.


Responsibilities:


Act as the independent Regulation 44 Visitor, undertaking regular visits to children's registered residential homes to assess the quality of care provided.

Conduct thorough inspections and assessments, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory standards.

Compile detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for improvements and areas of good practice.


If full time you would Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Conduct regular internal audits and reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.

Work with directors to implement corrective actions to improve overall service quality.

Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to communicate inspection results and implement necessary actions.


Experience:


Experience in a Quality Assurance, Auditing or Reg 44 visitors role within a children's residential setting is preferred but Training will be provided.

A minimum of 1 years' experience as a deputy manager or registered manager in children's homes


Good knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing children's residential care including Children's Homes Regulations & The Supported Accommodation Regulation.


A relevant qualification is required:
Level 3 diploma in residential childcare and Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
