The role is supporting adults with mental health, learning disabilities and autism living in self-contained flats with their own tenancies with all aspects of daily living including but not limited to: medication, finances, personal care, accessing the community, cooking and cleaning.

The role is supporting adults with mental health, learning disabilities and autism living in self-contained flats with their own tenancies with all aspects of daily living including but not limited to: medication, finances, personal care, accessing the community, cooking and cleaning.

Support Worker role of 42 hours per week, shift times ranging between 08:00-23:00 paid at £12.00 per hour
