Recruitment Consultant


We are looking to bring onboard a hard working, tenacious and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to work in our new Hayes office located in South East London.

You will be working alongside an office of high level recruitment consultants on one of London's hottest M&E Desks.


You will be provided with a proven and successful process driven recruitment training to enable you to perform at the highest level.


Responsibilities:


  • Developing new clients through proactive sales calls
  • Client visits with existing clients
  • Striving to achieve revenue whilst adhering to the necessary quality assurance standards
  • Utilising and updating internal systems in line with guidelines.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of KPIs / results.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of billing success
  • Passionate about exceeding targets and reaching goals
  • Commercial, innovative, and ambitious
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Selfmotivated and a strong initiative
  • A friendly and warming personality
  • Strong customer service skills
