Responsibilities
- You will need to be flexible, committed and dedicated to supporting an individual who has complex autism, having an ability to follow a detailed care and support plan.
- You will work as part of an established team and have an understanding of how to effectively communicate with someone who does not use verbal speech, you will be able or willing to spend time getting to know this individual and build a trusting relationship.
- Having an ability to deal with complex situations and problem solve is essential with an ability to self-reflect and work with your colleagues to make any necessary support changes.
