The successful Service Charge Improvement Lead will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, who take pride in staff development and retention.

  • Maximize income generation by redesigning processes and procedures
  • Provide service charge policy recommendations
  • Review current processes and proceedures are efficeint and effective
  • Set service charges for new developments
  • Review service charges and calculate changes
  • Assist with preparation of service charge budgets
