Description
As a Manual QA Specialist at Tain you will play a crucial role in ensuring
that our live casino games are of the highest quality. You will conduct
thorough manual testing to identify and report software defects,
playability issues, and usability concerns, thereby contributing to the
continuous improvement of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive manual testing of live casino games to
identify and report defects.

  • Collaborate with the Product team to understand requirements,
test plans, and project timelines.

  • Provide input on potential risks and usability considerations
during the planning and design phases of new features.

  • Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts to guide
comprehensive testing efforts.

  • Document and track issues found during testing, using bug
- tracking tools and following established processes.

  • Work closely with developers to isolate, reproduce, and resolve
issues, ensuring timely resolution and accurate fixes.

  • Continuously monitor the performance and stability of our live
casino games, identifying areas for improvement and
suggesting enhancements.

  • Maintain effective communication channels with crossfunctional
teams to foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
related to iGaming and live casino games and incorporate
relevant knowledge into testing practices.

  • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and
methodologies, aiming for continuous enhancement of testing
efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Manual QA, preferably within the
iGaming industry or a game studio environment.

  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, techniques,
and best practices.

  • Experience working with live casino games or online gaming
platforms is highly desirable.

  • Solid understanding of bugtracking tools and agile project
management methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with meticulous
attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to clearly articulate issues and provide constructive feedback.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment,
demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

  • A passion for gaming, especially in the iGaming industry, and a
genuine interest in improving the player experience.
