This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and progressive Hedge Fund, based in Central London and offering a dynamic, multi cultural environment, with growth opportunities and development.
It's a unique role as an Assistant to look after the Executives and wider team in managing and looking after all travel arrangements.
In addition to this you will be given autonomy to research and implement new travel service providers, systems and processes as the company continues to grow and evolve.
Key duties include but not exhaustive are:
- Liaising with Executives and wider team to establish travel requirements
- Booking all international and domestic travel
- Awareness of varying time zones and visa arrangements
- Organising additional services such as car hire, hotels, restaurants etc
- Communicating with service providers
- Research and business planning
To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked in a FS corporate environment and be used to supporting a team, with a leaning toward heavy travel coordinating.
