_Are you experienced in working with children with SEN? Would you like specialist training to be an ABA Tutor_ _in a small, but growing company?_

Full theoretical and practical training is provided with on-going training and supervision.

In addition, we provide the opportunity to pursue an excellent career path with the provision of training for progression into senior positions within the company.

We will also pay for you to sit one Registered Behaviour Technician exam (we will cover the cost of the exam - not the BACB registration fee).


Key skills and experience needed:


  • You will be a strong team player with great communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure, and above all be passionate and committed to the development of the learners you work with.
  • You will need to be willing to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA) Supervisors, Carers, Therapists and Teachers.
  • You will have an interest in working with children diagnosed with ASD and other diagnoses.
  • You will be able to work collaboratively as a team but also able to undertake responsibility independently using your own initiative.
  • You will maintain a professional manner and be reliable to ABA Horizons and the learners you work with.
  • Having a natural enthusiasm and energy to work with children is essential.
