Responsibilities

As our bar supervisor, you'll be responsible for preparing the bar for opening, prepping the drinks ordered for the day, and then being the magnetic person behind the bar making everyone feel welcome and included as you serve guests alongside your team throughout the wedding day.

You'll be confident doing stock-checks and stock ordering, cashing up, ensuring your team are working to your excellent standards, liaising with the Event Manager and making sure the bar runs smoothly week to week.

Qualifications/Experience
Excellent verbal communication

Previous bar or restaurant experience

Cocktail experience desirable


Pay/Contract
This is a fixed term contract from 1st April - 1st November 2023 (earlier start and later finish dates open for discussion)

£12 per hour

Minimum 30 hours per week - more hours available if requested

Working days will include every Friday and Saturday (day + evening) in the fixed term period
