Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful property transactions.
  • Monitor the progress of conveyancing transactions, ensuring all parties are kept informed and any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain and organise sales files and documents related to property transactions.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and communications related to the conveyancing process.
  • Assist in resolving any enquiries or concerns from clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for property transactions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in residential conveyancing in a solicitors firm or in the sales progression department of an estate agents.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to conveyancing.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Hours:


  • Flexible working hours are available, with the possibility to set hours per day and per week to suit your schedule. School hours are accommodated, providing an excellent opportunity for those requiring a more adaptable worklife balance.

Pay:
£12.00-£14.00 per hour
