Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a multi-sited accountancy practice with the recruitment of an experienced bookkeeper to join the team.

They are looking for someone who has recent experience working within a "Practice" environment, andalso someone who is a holder of AAT/IAB.

You will need to have had exposure to a range of tasks; such as taxation, accounts production, and even client management - as you will be asked to mentor the junior members of the team.


  • Bookkeeping duties for a range of clients using a variety of software
  • Supporting clients with bookkeeping and software queries
  • Liaising with clients to ensure all records can be completed and VAT Returns filed within deadline
  • Prepare and review management accounts from information and documentation received from clients
  • Complete each assignment before passing to the manager for review
  • Develop and maintain good client relations

Additional Skills:

  • Well rounded bookkeeping knowledge and experience
  • Familiar with cloud bookkeeping software such as Clearbooks Xero, or FreeAgent
