Essential Skills:
Ability to communicate flexibly and efficiently.

Understanding of personal development and goal setting.

Ability to give clear, constructive feedback and assess work to a given standard.

Teaching / mentoring experience (or willing to work towards qualification).

Ability to manage group discussions and facilitate learning.

Self-organisation of administrative tasks and good timekeeping.


The teaching qualification you would need to work towards is the L3 Award in Education and Training and L3 Assessing.

Closing date 7th December. Interviews will be held Thursday 15th December.
