Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers / Health Care Assistants in and around East Molesey to join our team.
This is a rewarding role that requires empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties include:
- Support children, adults and families in need
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes
- Assist with daily activities
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Implement behavior management strategies as needed
Experience:
- At least 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in the UK
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and schedules
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay:
£14.00-£23.00 per hour
Expected hours:
per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thames Ditton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Home care: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Care Certificate (preferred)
