Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a financial organisation on the recruitment of an HR & Talent Acquisition Advisor on a Full Time, Permanent basis.


This is a great opportunity to join an HR Team that has recently gone through lots of positive change and have an incredible culture/working environment.

They are looking for an HR Generalist who can support with everything operational in the business, aswell as managing ER cases from start to finish.


You will have/need:

  • Demonstrable recent experience in an HR environment, with at least 2 years' experience in dealing with first line HR queries
  • Recruitment coordination experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience of dealing with a range of employee relations cases
  • Ability to recognise where processes could be improved and make suggestions for improvement
  • Ability to be selfsufficient, working at pace
  • Effective time management
  • Accuracy when filing records
  • Proactive approach


The role will be Hybrid, and will be in the office 2 days a week with 3 days at home.

The salary on offer is up to £35,000.
