Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a financial organisation on the recruitment of an HR & Talent Acquisition Advisor on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity to join an HR Team that has recently gone through lots of positive change and have an incredible culture/working environment.

They are looking for an HR Generalist who can support with everything operational in the business, aswell as managing ER cases from start to finish.

You will have/need:

Demonstrable recent experience in an HR environment, with at least 2 years' experience in dealing with first line HR queries
Recruitment coordination experience would be beneficial but not essential
Experience of dealing with a range of employee relations cases
Ability to recognise where processes could be improved and make suggestions for improvement
Ability to be selfsufficient, working at pace
Effective time management
Accuracy when filing records
Proactive approach

The role will be Hybrid, and will be in the office 2 days a week with 3 days at home.

The salary on offer is up to £35,000.
