This full-time on-site role requires an energetic and customer-focused individual who is located in Chatham. As an Engineers Mate, you will be responsible for providing onsite technical support to our skilled technicians and customers.

The Engineers Mate will assist in the installation, servicing, and repair of industrial doors and accessories for all types businesses.

The role will also require individuals to evaluate and recommend new products and materials for use in building and repairing industrial doors, as well as assisting in the inventory management cycle.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skills, with a passion for going above and beyond to meet customers' needsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and efficiently manage time;Strong technical aptitude and mechanical skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quicklyExperience in industrial door installation and repair, or basic practical skills required to learn on the jobExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to read and comprehend technical manuals and schematics would be a plusmust have CSCS
