Great new position working as a ER advisor for a well established education institution within London, offering hybrid working.

Within the role you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on employment policies and practices, supporting and advisingManagers on ER casework, undertaking administrative activities to support ER case management and establishing and developing effective professional relationships.

Skills and Experience:

CIPD desirable
ER casework experience
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Experience advising and supporting Managers on ER cases
Experience supporting with change processes
