Job Overview:
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Effective filing and management of documentation and information
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Collaborate with the Directors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Additional administration duties as appropriate
Experience/skills:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage (preferred), Xero or QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with Directors and team members
- Selfmotivated, ability to use own initiative
Job Types:
