Job Overview:


Responsibilities include:


  • Maintain and update financial records using accounting software
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Effective filing and management of documentation and information
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Collaborate with the Directors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Additional administration duties as appropriate

Experience/skills:


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage (preferred), Xero or QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with Directors and team members
  • Selfmotivated, ability to use own initiative

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour


Expected hours:
