Job Purpose:
Role Specific Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls via a computer based phone app
- Responding to queries via our live chat and ticketing system
- Completing quality assurance tasks in relation to our training courses
- Other set admin tasks
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
- Excellent telephone and keyboard skills
- Experience of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
- 1+ years experience in a similar role, to deliver the best possible results for the charity.
- Superb communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Selfmotivated, organised and able to work to deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, with a positive outlook and 'can do' attitude.
Desirable
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Knowledge of Moodle
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
- Experience of website admin support
Other Essential Requirements:
- Good written and spoken English
