Job Purpose:


Role Specific Key Responsibilities:


  • Answering phone calls via a computer based phone app
  • Responding to queries via our live chat and ticketing system
  • Completing quality assurance tasks in relation to our training courses
  • Other set admin tasks

Essential Knowledge and Experience:


  • Excellent telephone and keyboard skills
  • Experience of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
  • 1+ years experience in a similar role, to deliver the best possible results for the charity.
  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Selfmotivated, organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable, with a positive outlook and 'can do' attitude.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Moodle
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
  • Experience of website admin support

Other Essential Requirements:


  • Good written and spoken English

Job Types:

From £22,500.00 per year
