Head of Operations | Central London | Full Time | £75,000-£85,000

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in setting the strategic vision for operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Previous experience as Operational Lead in the cleaning industry
  • Ability to manage and implement strategic change
  • Genuine passion for sustainability and the environment
  • Flexible with a 'can do' attitude
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and motivational
  • High level of integrity and transparency
  • Proficient in technology and experienced in budget management
  • Excellent team and people management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities simultaneously

What will your role look like?

Leadership and Strategy: Demonstrate the company's values, drive a culture of customer excellence, and develop strategic objectives in line with the Managing Director

Service Delivery: Oversee the "Pursuit of Excellence" approach, ensure efficient communication with clients, and drive strategic transformation in service delivery

Finance: Manage contracts, oversee budgets, and identify ways to improve profitability and business growth

Staff Management: Line manage key team members, monitor performance, and contribute to recruitment and staff development

Quality and H&S Compliance: Implement and maintain SOPs, and QMS, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Drive sustainability initiatives and keep registers up to date

Travel: The role will require frequent travelling within central London to visit clients and teams/sites
