Job Introduction
DAC Beachcroft is hiring an Events Coordinator to join our team in Bristol on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, the Events Coordinator will support the planning and delivery of events for DAC Beachcroft at a regional, national and international level.

Working as part of the central marketing team, this role supports all business sectors in a flexible resourcing environment.

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can:

Co-ordinate the delivery of events and webinars, in line with existing protocols and business plans.
Work collaboratively with: Wider marketing team to help deliver targeted events, and achieve KPIs, Location support teams to enable operational delivery of events and webinars, Facilities and catering teams, External and internal speakers, collating their materials and ensuring they are kept up to date, The firm's internal design team, and external design agencies, External events providers, with a key focus on delivering maximum ROI
Ensure activity is delivered within budget
Respond to requests through the Events Inbox, actioning appropriately
Update corporate website with upcoming events
Produce registration reports and circulate to internal stakeholders
Coordinate diaries for internal stakeholders, and outline key deadlines
Ensure all material produced and distributed at events reflects the firm's visual identity
Support in the editing and distribution of webinar video/audio content, as needed
Researching market trends and data to improve quality of events, including competitor events, invite designs, online event platforms and hybrid event formats
Experience of delivering successful face to face events is desirable in addition to hosting/supporting virtual event experiences
Some experience working with external suppliers
Some interest or experience in producing video content
Understanding of how events contribute to wider marketing campaigns
Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt style to different audiences and channels
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM
