Client Service Administrator

As a Client Service Administrator, you'll be:

  • Supporting the financial advisors with all administrative tasks to support with client communication.
  • Representing the business with the highest level of professionalism
  • Answering calls and handling client queries
  • Managing client financial information and documents
  • Responsible for maintaining internal systems in line with GDPR and FCA regulations.
  • Drafting client responses and tracking followup actions
  • Completing required training and staying informed of regulatory changes in financial services

The experience and skills you will bring to the role:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, proactive in your approach with a "cando" attitude.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; prioritising workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to think creatively and add value to a growing business.
