Business Support Job DescriptionDuties:
- Answer the telephone and filter calls to correct person
- File and maintain records in an organized manner, create new resident files and liase with local authority and health workers.
- Greet patients and visitors as a receptionist
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, proofreading, and filing
- Assist with general office tasks as needed, petty cash, monitoring and audits.
Qualifications:
- Able to work in fast paced environment, work on own initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, outlook and excel spreadsheets
- Experience working in an office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
