Business Support Job Description


Duties:


  • Answer the telephone and filter calls to correct person
  • File and maintain records in an organized manner, create new resident files and liase with local authority and health workers.
  • Greet patients and visitors as a receptionist
  • Provide clerical support such as data entry, proofreading, and filing
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed, petty cash, monitoring and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Able to work in fast paced environment, work on own initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, outlook and excel spreadsheets
  • Experience working in an office
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Job Types:
