Leading fashion retailer are seeking an Area Support Manager to work closely with the Head of Retail and area manager to support retail outlets with coverage and training.

This role is Reading based but will require travel. It would suit a Store Managerlooking for the next step in their career.

FASHION EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
To support events and act as event lead when needed.
To participate in Retail meetings and complete adhoc admin tasks supporting the department.

To provide coverage at branches and school shops
To support branches on the shopfloor, warehouse and customer service departments.
To support our central customer service department when needed.
To support events and act as event lead when needed.
To support with stocktakes and audits.
To carry out planned training as requested by Head of Retail and Area Manager
To follow up on training delivered
To ensure training logs are filled in and signed off
To Highlight additional training required

Collation of Branch uniform requests
Collation of all branch cleaning equipment and stationary requests.
Adhoc admin as needed to support the department
Support the implementation of planned changes to shop floors and stockrooms.
Participation in Retail meetings
Other duties as seen appropriate by the business
