Our client is a group of successful small manufacturing businesses. This vital new role of Group Financial Controller will report directly to the MD
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the business is operating effectively and efficiently, you will provide a strong and positive contribution to all areas of the business through the delivery of robust financial budgetary controls, management of thefinance team, accurate reporting and identification of areas to improve the efficiency of the company's processes and profitability.
The ultimate responsibilities are to deal with finance, accounting, personnel and operations to ensure that the business is profitable and there are proper internal controls.
You will need to provide accurate monthly management information to the MD including monthly profit and loss account, balance sheet, aged debtors/creditors, stock.

**_Skills Required
- *
- Strong in SME systems such as Xero or SAGE
- Strong excel skills acquisitions involve detailed forecasting
- Experience of small groups and consolidations
- Good technical accounting skills
