Are you a Engineering change coordinator, design Engineer or Quality Engineer looking for the next step in your career? We are looking for a Engineering Change Engineer who would be comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment, with some experiencein manging engineering change requests within manufacturing.
As an Engineering Change Engineer you will;
- Take responsibility for Engineering Change Requests process internal & Customer
- Coordinate plant cost calculations for ECRs & other projects
- Leads & Coordinate Engineering Change Orders in the plant
- System update, material sourcing, Production preparation, Quality validation, etc
- Participate in problem solving activities with Operations team
- Develop competitive technical solutions for Quality/Ergonomics/Assembly issues linked to Product definition
- Propose Cost saving opportunities
- Takes part in VA/VE workshops Ensures ontime delivery of all nonstandard & validation requests
- Participates in DFMEA reviews for New Projects
- Review & Lead and design for assembly, ensuring the product can be assembled with correct Ergonomics, Quality & Process & Propose solution.
- Proven experience within a Quality Systems, HSE compliance or similar role
- Automotive industry or manufacturing experience preferable
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience with audit and compliance regulations
