Site Supervisor/ Field Coordinator

We are in the unique position of creating newly skilled roles for the future of broadband delivery

We are looking for Field Based Site Supervisors to oversee our network build projects throughout the Northwest

Be part of the development and roll-out of our national fixed wireless network, a network unlike anything else on the market.

Become a Civils, fibre and wireless specialist working towards building the future of broadband delivery.

Site Supervisor/ Field Coordinator

You will be responsible for organising workload and ensuring the effective delivery of all build activity across the business.

You will develop and take responsibility for the new build program across a specific geographical area.

Oversee current staff and contractors to ensure we are delivering the project on time. You will be responsible for the liaison with all contractors, our internal build teams and local council contacts.

You will constantly review all protocols and processes in order to maintain good standards of quality and effective communication throughout each project.

Key Duties of the Site Supervisor
- ownership of key geographical areas;

Taking each stage of the network build through each process through to completion
Auditing and quality checking works to maintain standards across the network;
Responding to emergent issues affecting the Network;
Assisting in the build of the network when required;
Feeding back to the business improvements for the continuous improvement of our practices and processes.

The successful Site Supervisor/ Field Coordinator will

Have experience of running projects or supervising a team, ideally in a Site based or Civils environment.
Be Highly organised.
Possess the ability to work in a fast
