Salary:
£27,000 - £27,500 per annum
Why do we want you?
You are a strong Administrator who loves working in a client focused environment and who is looking for a varied, busy role.
Ideally, you have experience of working within an administrative function in a professional Training organisation / Learning & Development department although that is not essential as long as you have administration and customer service skills.
As you would expect, we use Microsoft Office packages and, virtual training platforms Zoom / MS teams so you will need to be IT literate in these areas.
Bond Solon is part of Wilmington plc Training and Education Division.
Over the last 25 years, Bond Solon have designed and delivered a range of award-winning training courses and qualifications targeted specifically at non-lawyers who are involved in the legal system in the UK and worldwide.
As our Training and Events Co-ordinator, you will:
- Assist in the administration of the Company's training events
- Maintain the quality of Bond Solon's service to clients
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients, trainers and internal teams
- Liaise with clients to determine details of inhouse training
- Liaise with trainers to ensure they have the correct documentation and venue (or virtual platform) details
- Liaise with internal venue teams to finalise delegate numbers, room requirements etc.
- Trouble shoot virtual platform issues
- Liaise with accreditation bodies overseeing the company's qualifications
- Order course materials and confirm delivery by deadline date
- Deal with queries from clients and internal teams
- Deal with feedback forms/Feedback form links
- Provide cover for other staff members when necessary
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience creating events using virtual meeting platforms, e.g Teams/Zoom
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good team player
- Experience in an administrative position, ideally in the same or a similar role
- Essential advanced English written and oral skills
