My client is looking for a driven Corporate Paralegal to join their experienced corporate team, based in Sheffield.

My client is a full-service law firm with offices throughout the South Yorkshire and Derbyshire region.

The firm is client is an award-winning firm that is an approachable and friendly firm who continually encourages development and inclusivity to all theirstaff members and provide a competitive reward package inclusive of agile working.


As part of the Corporate Paralegal role, you will be carrying out due diligence and disclosure work on transactions, write legal updates, preparing bundles, billing and credit control, legal research and building and maintaining client relations.

You will have previous experience within corporate law and have excellent oral and written communication skills. In return, my client can offer fantastic perks and benefits.

Please note that you may be required that you travel nationally to attend clients at short notice.
