Overview:

Duties:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team
Document resident progress and any changes in their condition
To provide service users with the highest standard of personcentered care and support, in accordance with the Company's philosophy and policies and procedures. Ensuring that all documentation is completed within individual care plans on a daily basis, for example daily living skills, fluid balance charts, food charts, turn charts, menu preference etc.
To ensure confidentiality regarding the service users and the home, at all times.

Experience:

Proficiency in English language
Experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and colleagues

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Pay:
£11.55 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
