MTrec's New Opportunity;

The Job You'll Do;

Managing the Production team, overseeing their training and development.
Liaising with the Co-CEO's and Finance Director and be a key part of the Senior Management team.
Development of policies, standards, procedures and an overall strategy for the Production department
Identifying key areas for training and improvements engaging the team to adapt to best methods and embrace cultural changes. Ensure 5S is implemented fully and sustained moving forward.
Direct control of Production staffing stock control and liaise with the Engineering and QA department on a daily basis ensuring plans are up to date
Looking at waste reducing or eliminating waste through the teams look at reduction in waste through training and development ensuring the team are being made accountable and understand the costs associated with waste.
Conduct studies with the Engineering Manager to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production processes.
Oversee the hiring and training food production personnel.
Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety guidelines followed.
Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets.
Prepare periodic reports for Co-CEO on food production activities.
Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to.
