We are a Family run online business, who values our customers and our team, as the lifeblood of the business.

We aim to deliver a great customer experience to all our Customers.

You must get a real buzz from helping Customers and go above and beyond whenever possible. A true Brand Ambassador for the Pen shop


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To accurately pick & pack Customer orders


  • Engraving pens

  • Training provided
  • Respond quickly to all customer enquiries, recognizing how important a speedy service is to our customers
  • Investigate & solve customer's problems, with a great "Can do" approach
  • Identify ways to love and nurture our Customers
