Kier Construction are currently looking to recruit a Senior Estimator with proven experience of managing tenders from inception to submission.

As a Senior Estimator within our Western & Wales (Gloucester) region you will typically be responsible tenders valued between £3m and £40m but strategic targets sometimes range up to £70m.

Not only will you have a large variety of project values to get involved with, you will also have the opportunity to work across a number of sectors including Education, Health, Heritage, Defence, Custodial, Commercial and Industrial.

We operate on both single and two stage tenders across traditional, and design and build contracts for our clients and you will also have the opportunity to tender on major frameworks.


Job responsibilities
This role will be focused of advising, preparing and winning new tenders for the business.

This will require you to manage robust and long-term relationships with clients and internal teams in line with the general strategy.

You will need to assist as well as manage the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post tender interviews and provide data as requested.
