Wild are on the lookout for a
Finance Assistant, to work as part of the payables team.

In this role you will be responsible for employee expenses, credit card payments, bank mandates, support payroll and purchase ledger as well as admin tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Processing employee expenses
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Administration
  • Processing purchase ledger transactions
  • Managing company car mileage
  • Support with queries
  • Support with reports

Experience:


  • Experience in a highvolume role
  • Good Excel skills
  • Knowledge of finance systems
  • Experience in general ledger and processing expenses
  • Great attention to detail
