Warehouse Operative/Corporate Events Delivery and Set - Up
Eat a Pitta is a leading catering company specializing in delicious and healthy Middle Eastern cuisine.

We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative/Corporate Events Delivery and Set-Up.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our success by ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, with a specific focus on delivering and setting up our corporate events.

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations:
• Organize and maintain the inventory of food and nonfood items in our 9000 sq ft custombuilt central production unit.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Pack and label items for delivery, following company standards and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Delivery and Set-Up for Corporate Events:
• Prioritize and coordinate the delivery and set-up of catering orders for corporate events.
• Safely and efficiently load delivery vehicles with required supplies and equipment.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver catering orders to event venues.
• Set up and arrange furniture, displays, and equipment according to event requirements.
• Coordinate with event coordinators and venue staff to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client requests or concerns promptly.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute efficient warehouse operations, with a strong emphasis on event delivery and setup.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory needs and delivery schedules.
• Assist other team members during busy periods or when additional support is required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the catering or events industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer

- centric approach.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items and performing manual tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required for event schedules.
