Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of administrative tasks to assist in the smooth running of the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero and in house bespoke software
  • Ensuring accuracy sending company documents and processing new joiner information.
  • Assistance processing weekly payroll, full training provided.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as required

Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills
  • Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
