Senior SDET - Test, Agile - Remote (London HQ)

Are you a Senior SDET who would like to take a key role in a remote first FinTech company?

If so, one of the leading London companies in the payment software solutions arena who are working with some high profile businesses, is looking for an experienced Lead QA / Test Automation Engineer, to work closely with their QA Manager to play a criticalrole in the implementation of their Automation frameworks.

Technically they are open to the technical environment you come from, as long as bring a weight of experience creating and working with automation frameworks, using things like Java, Javascript, Maven, Selenium, WebDriver etc will be important.

They are open to company and industry backgrounds; the main thing they are keen to see in you is experiences of delivering exceptional QA in mobile and API environments and the proactive, hungry approach where they will have confidence you will thrive ina fast moving, Agile environment.

Salary for this role is expected to be in the region of £60,000 - £70,000 but there may be flex on this depending on the person and experiences.

The customers HQ is the tech hub of London.

The role can be remote based, so they are open to remote workers within 2 hours time difference from London.

If you were happy / able to venture to the offices on the rare occasion then this would be ideal butnot essential.

Your Skills:

6+ years in a test automation role.#
Mobile Automation expereince
Experience creating or extending automation frameworks using Java / Maven / Junit / Cucumber-JVM / Selenium Webdriver for webbased systems.
Experience creating or extending automation frameworks using Java / JavaScript / Maven / Postman / SoapUI / RestAssured for micro services / API based products.
Experience of using design patterns within test automation.
An understanding of core REST API testing concepts such as HTTP methods, headers, and status/response codes.
Experience working within an Agile team.

Experience using Jira and Confluence.
