Shift: 08:00 - 16:00

5 days out of 7 (Days to be confirmed upon interview)

37.5 hours per week, half hour unpaid break

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Chargehand/Supervisor, who will work at our client's site


Duties as a Site Chargehand/Supervisor

  • Supervising a small cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
  • Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
  • Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Understand KPI/SLA's and to meet these monthly including audits
  • Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site
  • Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
  • Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
  • Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
  • Working as part of a team
  • Additionally you will be required to assist in the daily cleaning of the Engineering maintenance areas.
  • Preparing the required documentation to assist the Evening shift.

Job role requirements as a Site Chargehand/Supervisor

  • Must have experience in managing a team of cleaners
  • Have good eye for detail
  • Organised
  • Take pride in there work
  • Have knowledge COSHH
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Will be responsible for cleanliness of vehicles and offices within the premises
  • Must be able to work well with a team
