Wellfield Academy are looking for a dedicated, pro active and enthusiastic colleague to lead and coordinate our provision for SEND students, raising aspiration throughout our school.

Have a significant experience as a SENCo in a primary or secondary school setting
Have a clear understanding of SEN policies and procedures
Encourage and enthuse students to reach their full potential
Develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
