Relationship Coordinator to join our team at
Bank Top Support Centre.

Working with and reporting to Head of Delivery and Asset Management (HoDaAM), the post holder will ensure all external stakeholder relationships are continuously developed and maintained, by providing excellent customer service in relation to all new and ongoing OneMedical Property projects.


The Relationship Coordinator will take the lead on providing continuous updates to staekholders on the status of ongoing projects, working with the HoDaAM to understand the projects needs and coordinating the deliverables and actions across the OneMedical Property team.


The post holder will support the Events and Marketing Manager with digital routes to access further stakeholders including social media.

They will post updates and attend events on behalf of the Events Manager, to engage with new and existing clients.

The role will centre around coordination of the delivery of OMP services, as well as engagement with our stakeholders.

This is a full-time job which requires ability to drive and a passion for travel.

  • Support the wider OMP team with the coordination and delivery of all services, on a daytoday basis
  • Provide support, advice, guidance and updates to key stakeholders in regards to each individual building project or OMP Service
  • Work with the HoDaAM, attend user group meetings as well as other external and internal meetings, taking notes and actions. In the absence of HoDaAM, will chair applicable meetings
  • Undertake site visits with other members of the OMP team or individually to inspect progress and ensure the building is on track for completion, in line with project plans
  • Maintain project plans and ensure wider OMP team are chased up on any outstanding actions
  • Work with external stakeholders to ensure that they can deliver at each stage of the project, to avoid any unnecessary delays
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive overview of relevant OMP activity that affects OMP, Internal and external stakeholders and share relevant insights in a timely manner to inform decision making, alignment, service development and engagement
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Engage extensively with external organisations, customers, commissioners and other key stakeholders
  • Support the Events and Marketing Manager with coordination and delivery of Social Media Messaging plus other external tasks

What we are looking for

  • Extensive administrative experience
  • Strong Customer service background
  • Experience of project management/ coordination
  • Desirable experience of previous experience within the Property industry
  • Ability to use MS Office software to a standard level
  • Ability to effectively build relationships
  • Valid driving license and access to a personal car
