Training on each and every aspect of the role will be given by one of our experienced supervisors. We want you to grow with us and enjoy the journey.

What will you be doing?

Starting your working life at Whitbys you will be working side by side with one of our trained supervisors following our one to one training program to get you trained to be the best You will be trained on the range frying fish, chips and expediting food out of the kitchen to our restaurant and takeaway over the course of 12 weeks.

Upon training completion you will be integrated into our team; working with a group of 8-12 chefs on shift, serving a full menu of dishes into our 150 cover restaurant and one of the busiest take away facilities in South Yorkshire.

Its an enjoyable job, working with a fantastic team in a fast paced kitchen.

Hours:

Full Time:
Approximately 30-40 hours per week, typically /2 days over a week, _
including a weekend day _and flexibility for holiday cover

Part Time: 20-25 hours per week, typically /2 days over a week, _
including a weekend day _and flexibility for holiday cover

Rate of pay:
Trial rate starting from £8.95 depending on age and then upon a successful trial, £11.25 regardless of age

Benefits :
Paid holidays, all uniform is provided, tips shared equally between all staff monthly.
