Recruitment Assistant and Resourcer

Salary:

BonBon Languages are hiring for a Recruitment Assistant to join our business, focusing on matching German and French speakers with business job roles.

Role Profile

Learning by shadowing, and doing tasks for the experienced team here
Placing job adverts on various websites
Asking them basic questions about their job search (filling in an online form with them)
Recording the conversation notes on the company database CRM system
Making sure we have a full pipeline of jobseekers available, for various opportunities

The person we're looking for

A willingness to have a varied and reactive role, which will involve different recruitment and support duties, which may be ever changing
A willingness to undertake a large amount of training this job is training and learning heavy
If you have enjoyed studying and enjoyed academic learning, you will do similar study here
Being a people person who knows how to talk to people is a must. We call it 'emotionally intelligent'
Someone who genuinely wants to build a career in a busy sector, where the job is fast paced
Someone who never likes to be bored
Naturally organised in nature, and able to follow instructions
