We receive thousands of clinical samples every day from Veterinary Clinics, and we run tests on those samples to help veterinarians identify what might be wrong with someone's pet.
We are looking for an outstanding Supplies Coordinator / Laboratory Administrator to work with our supplies department at our veterinary diagnostic reference laboratory in Wetherby.

This is a full-time position, working 37,5 hours per week on a 12 month contract. Hours of work - Monday - FridayIn this Role:
You will pick and pack inventory requests for both internal and external customers while ensuring 100% accuracy.
You will assure that inventory levels are accurate as well as perform cycle counts as required.
You will be working towards specific targets on a daily basis and make sure that all orders are ready for dispatch, weighing, franking and labelling.
You will take care or the work listing and preparation of samples for 3rd party referrals.
You will also have general housekeeping duties such as sample storage and the coordination of sample dispatch in collaboration with the transportation department.
What You Will Need to Succeed
We are looking for an individual who is able to bring energy and enthusiasm to the team
You must be educated to GCSE level with Math's and English
You will have excellent communication skills as you will be working with various stakeholders
Ability to follow SOP's (standard operating procedures)
You will have fantastic attention to details and brilliant organizational skills
You will be expected to demonstrate attitude and willingness to learn new procedures and it's essential to be flexible and can adapt to change quickly
