Quality Officer - Children's HomesEBD, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (flexible depending on experience)Remote with TravelOverview Compass Associates is currently working with a Children's Services provider, specialising in therapy-led care and education.

Together, we are looking for a Quality Officer to be a part of their Quality team in the execution of nationwide quality assurance for the organisation.

Working with the Quality Director, you will ensure that action plans are in place and delivered to achieve compliance, you will be carrying out audits, regularly visiting services and supporting the education and development of staff and Registered Managers through training and workshops.

The organisation prides themselves with 2 recent 'Outstanding' Ofsted results and 'Good' across most services and with plans to grow further in line with the vision of providing the best care, it is a great organisation to develop as a Registered Manager.

Work Pattern Monday to Friday, the role is remote, working from home, with expectations to travel at services (mileage and an allowance for meals will be paid for) Location The remit for the post is national but you will be based from home with travel, services are based around the Greater London, Bedfordshire, Midlands and Yorkshire areas.

Criteria - Experience as a Quality Manager in the Children' sector

Registered Managers wanting to go into a Quality Management route are desired also
Level 5 (NVQ) Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children's and Young People's Services is essential, especially to take the Ofsted registration
Experience running a therapyled service or difficult EBD services
Understanding of the Ofsted standards, knowledge of regulatory frameworks
Exceptional communicator, sound organisational, management and people skills
Clear DBS / CRB Salary The Quality Officer role is paying £35,000 £40,000 flexible depending on experience + mileage (35p per mile)
