Drainage Operator - Team Leader Position

Kilsyth, with travel as required (van provided)


Salary:
£14 per hour


Hours: 40 hours per week, immediate start available


About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Drainage Operator to join our team in Kilsyth. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for leadership opportunities and enjoys working in a team environment.

As the team leader of a pair, you will be responsible for guiding and working alongside your partner to ensure all drainage operations are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and work closely with your partner to carry out drainage operations.
• Ensure the safety and efficiency of all assigned tasks.
• Travel to and from job sites in a companyprovided van (Note: you are responsible for making your own way to the office in Kilsyth and back home after the van is dropped off at the yard).
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
• Report directly to the operations manager with updates and concerns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in drainage or a similar field preferred.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a pair.
• Full UK driving license.
• Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
