What you will be doing
The purpose of the role is to support maximisation of overall revenue opportunities for the hotel.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Commercial Assistant will be key to support the department composed of individual reservations, groups & events, Sales, and PR & Marketing.

Support on sales administration duties with reports for Management and Hotel teams
Support on Marketing and PR initiatives such as arranging press stay or influencer visits, facilitate hotel photoshoot, hotel collaterals, hotel promotions
Support with driving specific awareness through social media communication on our social channels, capturing images and content
Assist Sales with sales lead development for new accounts
Support Sales by arranging and carrying out hotel show round and sales calls
Support Groups & Events by providing detailed quotation with pricing and hotel information when receiving & converting incoming enquiries
Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and drive sales
Assist other departments within hotel or HQ with commercial related matters and general hotel enquiries
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement

Newly graduate and/or keen to work in hospitality industry, hotels or events
Thrive in thinking outside the box, in a fastpace & fun environment
Social media savvy & content creation platforms
Keen to learn and be exposed on all businessrelated matters in a hotel
Results driven, selfmotivated & creative
Eager to search and propose any business opportunity
Well organised and able to work to deadlines effective time management
Great customer care skills and communication skills
Good spoken and written English
Highly motivated and a team player
