Description

We are looking for a part time, permanent supervisor to join our team. Your job will be to plan, direct and oversee all bar and restaurant operations on site. Hours will be on a rota basis and will include a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts. You will be a key holder and responsible for opening, closing cashing up and shift exchanges.

You will be self motivated and able to supervise a small team, leading by example setting high standards of quality and safety.

Whilst having experience of a supervisory role you will be able to provide the high level of experience we want our guests to enjoy, cocktail skills would be beneficial.
