Contracts Administrator

Job Summary:

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

Customer quotations
Order Processing
Liaise with Customers
Liaise with Suppliers
Maintain and update customer job files
Collaboration within team / other areas of the business
General administration within the department

Additional Responsibilities:

Collaboration with colleagues to find solutions to problems that may arise
Communicating with colleagues and customers alike

A good understanding of working with computers and the ability to learn new systems.

External: Customers
