On behalf of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care System, Care Network Cambridgeshire (CNC) is pleased to be hosting the role of Personalised Care Lead.
Role Summary:
You will be a caring, dedicated, reliable and person-focused individual who enjoys working with a wide range of people.
You will have a strong working knowledge of Office 365 programs and general IT, good written and verbal communication skills and proven strong organisational and time management skills.
As this is a new and evolving role, we are looking for highly motivated and proactive applicants with a flexible attitude, keen to work and learn as part of a team, and who will be committed to providing patients with high quality support.
Interviews to be held on Wednesday 14th December.
