Customer Service Advisor


Location:
Seacroft, Leeds (All Office Based)


Salary:
£25,500 per annum


Hours: 37-hour work week

XCL Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Seacroft, Leeds.

This role is all office based, and they are looking for an individual who will be an integral part of the team, and work closely with the Customer Service Leader.


The client is a global manufacturing company, and due to this they are looking for an individual to assist with their international accounts.

You will be the point of call for all customer queries, and you will work closely with other departments to ensure both the client and customer are up to date with their order process.


The main duties of the role will be, but not limited to:

  • Using Sales Logix to ensure delivery dates are clear and correctly recorded.
  • Checking orders against requirements to ensure details are right.

Preferred Skills/ Experience:


  • Similar experience in a customer service advisor environment, beneficial if from a manufacturing company
  • Confident with using IT
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Able to work on different jobs at once, and be able to prioritise workload.
  • Be able to work well independently and also in a team
  • Previous experience dealing with international accounts
